Pitch Deck, Poster, and Video Finalized

After several iterations and refinements, we have officially finalized the pitch deck, poster, and project video. Minor visual and content adjustments were made this week to ensure consistency across all deliverables.

• The pitch deck now fully reflects our technical approach, financial insights, and strategic conclusions.
• The poster was updated for clarity and alignment with the latest version of the platform and materials.
• The video was also adjusted accordingly to match these updates, ensuring coherence in structure, visuals, and message.

Final Prototype Testing

We performed a final round of testing on the physical prototype, ensuring full integration with the web application.
All connections were verified, and real-time communication with the platform was confirmed to be stable. The system is now fully ready for demonstration.

Web App Updates and Completion

The web application has been updated to reflect the final state of the project:

• A complete financial analysis module has been integrated, including investment costs, annual operational expenses, and scenario comparisons.
• All components were reviewed for responsiveness and optimized across screen sizes to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Minor improvements were made to navigation, performance, and aesthetic consistency, aligning the platform with the visual identity of the other deliverables.

Website Enhancements and Full Documentation

The website now fully documents the project and serves as the central hub for all materials:

• A new Results and Conclusions section was added to the Home Page to highlight final findings and strategic outcomes.
• We published a new document detailing the code used for communication between the microcontroller and the platform, offering insights into our implementation.
• Additional documentation was made available, including the complete energy and financial analysis models used throughout the project.

Next Steps

All components of the project are now aligned, finalized, and documented.
In the remaining days, our focus will be on rehearsing for the final demonstration, ensuring every part of the system runs smoothly and confidently represents the work completed by the team.
